Medium-dark caramel malt for a richer body, nutty flavour and brownish beer hues.

Recipe ideas: dark lager, bock.

Combine with base malt in the mash. Adjust the proportion to the desired caramel intensity, body and colour; a higher addition gives a more pronounced malt profile.

Store in a cool, dry place in a tightly closed package, protected from moisture and strong odours.
