Very dark caramel malt, also known as Special B®. Adds a rich caramel character and deeper colour to amber and dark ales.

Recipe ideas: dubbel, Belgian ale, amber ale.

Combine with base malt in the mash. Adjust the proportion to the desired caramel intensity, body and colour; a higher addition gives a more pronounced malt profile.

Store in a cool, dry place in a tightly closed package, protected from moisture and strong odours.
