Mixing ratio: Dissolve 50g Chemclean in 5 litres of water for manual cleaning (scrubbing). 50g per 20 litres of water for soaking. Dosage can be increased up to 5% depending on soiling conditions.
Remove as much loose dirt as possible by rinsing equipment and containers before cleaning.
Manual cleaning: Scrub all surfaces with the cleaner until all surfaces are clean.
Circulation cleaning: Use 50g per 20 litres of water for fermentation vessels, barrels, tanks and other equipment. Circulate for 30 minutes at up to 60°C. Mixing ratio and circulation time may need to be adjusted depending on the amount of soiling.
Soaking: Ensure all equipment to be cleaned is fully submerged. Soak for 4 hours at up to 60°C, or soak in cold water overnight. Rinse equipment thoroughly after cleaning. The solution can be reused during the cleaning process. Do not use on Teflon-coated surfaces.
