BrewBuilt X3 Uni 53 L

Jacketed conical unitank made from 304 stainless steel, with a polished interior and exterior. The external cooling jacket supports temperature control without an internal cooling coil.

The supplied KL23573 Pressure Pack has a floating dip tube for sampling and transferring beer from the top of the liquid. The 600 ml KL30366 collection chamber allows sediment removal and yeast collection.

Features include an 8-inch Tri-Clamp lid, a 3-inch bottom outlet and butterfly valve, 1.5-inch Tri-Clamp cooling connections, a thermowell and four reinforced legs with adjustable feet. Cooling equipment and optional accessories must be selected separately according to the installation.

For fermentation under pressure or sealing an active fermentation, use the dedicated BrewBuilt Pressure Fermentation Kit and follow the manufacturer's instructions. The supplied 15 psi pressure relief valve alone is not sufficient for active fermentation because it can become blocked by foam.
