Large single-vessel all-grain brewing system for batches up to 90 L. Rated power: 6.6 kW; supply: three-phase 400 V. Supports programmed mash steps and delayed starts.

Includes a magnetic-drive pump, pump-protection false bottom and concave draining base. The two-stage malt pipe helps lift the grain basket in stages. RAPT Wi-Fi connectivity and the colour controller support profiles, monitoring and brew-stage notifications.

Specifications: diameter approximately 52 cm; outside height approximately 75 cm; brimful boiler volume 107 L; malt pipe volume 72 L; dry weight 20 kg. Pump maximum head 3.4 m and maximum flow 19 L/min.
