Mangrove Jack’s 2 Pale Ale contains hopped liquid malt extract. Follow the base recipe or customise it with additional hops, Brew Enhancer and your chosen yeast.

Batch volume: approximately 20 litres.
Yeast: 5 g, under the lid.
Colour: golden amber (22–28 EBC).
Bitterness: 13–27 IBU.
Alcohol: approximately 4.6% ABV with 1 kg of dextrose.
