Use as a sugar source according to your fermentation recipe. Its sugars and other dissolved solids contribute a different flavour profile from refined sugar; select suitable yeast and nutrient additions for the wash.

Pack: 15 kg. Listed specifications: 70–73 °Brix, 49.7% sugars (Lane-Eynon), pH 5–6. These values describe the molasses, not a prepared fermentation wash.
