Coopers European Lager is a hopped malt extract for brewing European Lager at home. The 1.7 kg can provides the base for a batch of approximately 23 litres.

Brewing yeast is supplied in a sachet under the lid. Add the fermentables required by the kit recipe; the standard recipe requires an additional 1 kg of brewing sugar. These additions are purchased separately.

Follow the instructions supplied with the kit for fermentation and bottling. Alcohol content and final gravity depend on your recipe and fermentation conditions.
