Calcium chloride (CaCl2) for brewing water adjustments. Adds calcium and chloride to help shape the water profile for your chosen beer recipe.

Calculate the dose from the starting water profile and the product concentration. Chloride can support a rounder malt impression; consider the overall chloride and sulphate balance. Measure mash pH after the addition.

Measure with an accurate scale and store dry in a tightly closed container.
