Idaho 7 T90 hop pellets bring tropical fruit, citrus, resinous pine and black tea to beer. A useful choice for IPA, pale ale, American wheat.

Suitable for both bittering and aroma. Use early kettle additions for bitterness, or late additions, whirlpool and dry hopping to highlight its aromatic character.

T90 pellets are easy to weigh and dose. Calculate bitterness using the alpha acid percentage of the supplied batch shown on the label; crop year and batch can affect the aroma and brewing values. Store tightly sealed, cold and protected from oxygen and light. After opening, reseal promptly and use as soon as practical.
