Dissolve thoroughly in water or wort and use the amount specified by your recipe. It can supply the extract base or supplement a grain-based wort. It is also suitable for preparing yeast starters.

Pack: 1 kg. Contains barley malt and gluten. Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place; the powder readily absorbs moisture.
