Calcium carbonate 200 g

Calcium carbonate (CaCO3) for adjusting brewing water and mash alkalinity. Select the amount from water analysis and the needs of your recipe.

It adds calcium and can increase alkalinity. Dissolution in water is limited, so account for how it is used in the mash and check the measured pH rather than relying only on the calculated dose.

Pack: 200 g. Measure with an accurate scale and store dry in a tightly closed container.
