Carrageenan-based Protafloc tablets for protein separation during the wort boil. A measured hot-side fining to support clearer beer.

Add during the final 15 minutes of the boil. The listed dose is one quarter of a tablet per 23 L. Allow the resulting material to settle and leave it behind when transferring wort.

Listed net weight: 24 g. Store dry and sealed. Use during the boil rather than adding directly to finished beer.
