Swaen Vienna is used to "correct" too light malts, as it gives the beer a golden color. It has a richer taste than Pilsner malt and thus adds fullness to the beer. Swaen Vienna can be combined with practically any of the special malts of the Swaen brand. It adds a slight aroma of caramel.

Result: Light taste, golden color, full body.
